We started our journey as the wedding planner at the Harbor View Hotel in 2014. After a year of fun, we decided to open Timeless Event Planning. We are based in Oak Bluffs with a second location in San Diego.
All of our designs are personalized to you as a couple. We do this by interviewing you and your significant other. We want to know all those gritty details. Tell us about your first date, your hobbies, or even your favorite song and we will find a way to incorporate it into your wedding. We love when weddings have personality and truly reflect your relationship..

Amazing!
Sandy and her team planned our wedding back in July 2021. On our wedding day everything went according to plan. Her attention to detail is amazing and everything looked beautiful. Our guests kept saying this was the best wedding they have ever attended. I can't recommend Timeless Event Planning enough.

I’m a photographer and have worked multiple times with Sandy, the owner of Timeless Events. She makes the day so simple and everything always turns out so beautifully. Any wedding that she plans I know the couple, their family, and their guests will have a magical night which makes my job easy. She’s personable, kind and does wonderful work that shines through in all of her events. Very knowledgeable of the locations she plans in and all the vendors love her and her team. Highly highly recommend!
