Born and raised in Spain, Vanessa’s Mediterranean vision is a perfect fit to the Southern California style. Vanessa has been featured on "Quiero Mis Quince" as a Latin Event Planner & Choreographer for MTV 3 and has been planning events and weddings for top Hollywood producers and TV personalities. In addition to coordinating all aspects of the event or wedding, Vanessa is a ready personal assistant through the entire process from beginning to end, assuring a stress-free experience!

I'm more than your planner, I'm the person who you trust and can count on during the entire planning process! We will meet in person for a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision and to see how we can work together.

This is a Premium Planning and Design service designed for the couple who needs guidance to achieve their dream wedding and would like to have a Luxury Wedding Planner to personally assist you with the entire planning process. From design of your different events to budget management and venues selection, we will put together the perfect vendor team to bring to reality your vision and create your dream wedding!

This package is designed for couples that have booked their venue and most of their vendors but need assistance coordinating all the details with vendors prior the wedding to ensure a properly flow on the special day. Starting 4 months prior we will secure and put together all the details, updates and take the stress away from you so you can relax for your upcoming day.

A great service for couples who have all the vendors selected and can plan all the details for the big day. We will assist you finalizing the wedding details, create a timeline and even coordinate your rehearsal. On the wedding day, you will have a team of 2 coordinators up to 10hrs to manage your day so you can relax, enjoy and celebrate your special day.

    If you want someone who can help you plan the wedding of your dreams than Vanessa is the girl for you. On our first meeting, even before I hired her she was taking notes and making a timeline for me! She was never pushy and you can tell she truly does this because she loves her job. I had heard all the horror stories of the planners who take advantage of brides and secretly take kickbacks but this is NOT the case at all with Vanessa. I was at first skeptical about hiring someone to plan my Hindu-Jewish fusion wedding who was not of the same culture as me. Turns out I was very very very wrong. She knows more about these traditions than both my fiancé and I. She is always willing to go above and beyond. You can feel the warmth radiating from her and the knowledge. Planning a wedding half way across the country can seem daunting but Vanessa makes it so easy. My friends always comment that I must love wedding planning and I am the least stressed out bride but all credit goes to Vanessa. She literally carries all the stress. She is your friend, planner and therapist. I work a full time job and often call her on my drive home and we will start with how my day was and then we move to wedding details. She will always have your back. She has an extensive network of vendors she has worked with but also is always open to my suggestions of vendors I find. She has literally saved me thousands of dollars. My fiancé and I joked that she is our bodyguard in this crazy wedding industry world. Both of us are highly educated but Vanessa knows the right questions to ask and she also knows when something is not right. She is there to protect you. She will go over the details with a fine tooth comb. She will find people who fit your budget and style. She cares so much for her clients. The biggest mistake someone can make while planning their wedding is not hiring Vanessa. Hire her. You will not regret it.
