Your professional planner will be your go-to person for everything wedding- related. From choosing the venue, creating a personalized style, managing the budget, hiring the best event professionals, creating detailed schedules, and managing all the logistics on the wedding day, your planner will be with you every step of the way. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but won’t have the stress. ​

No matter where you are in the planning process, we can work with you to attend vendor meetings, gather quotes from event professionals, schedule consultations, assist with rental orders, give expert advice on pulling your decor ideas together, share checklists to keep you on track, and so much more. With Partial Wedding Planning, you can choose the fun parts of planning while leaving the rest to us.

Starting two months before your wedding day, we will work with you to gather all of the planning details, review a detailed wedding checklist together, create timelines, attend a final meeting with you at the reception venue, and finalize timing and logistics with your team of event professionals. During the wedding weekend, we will coordinate your wedding rehearsal, and oversee all the details on the wedding day.

Our wedding day didn’t have a single flaw, and I’m not exaggerating. Thanks to Jessica and India, Kevin & I were able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry in sight. Jessica was incredibly organized with checklists, timelines, budgets, and more. She helped us to find vendors we loved and she helped to make sure everything was executed perfectly, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy every minute of our special day.
