Hi! I am Kaleigh Satterfield, the owner and planner of Without a Hitch Events, where I bring my passion, enthusiasm, and creativity to help my clients achieve the events they envision... without a hitch ;) My 10 years of experience includes managing a variety of events such as weddings, destination weddings, corporate events, fundraisers and various celebrations such as bridal showers and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

I have worked on all sides of the event industry. I know the ins and outs of venues and how they operate, because I have been one! I was also a bride myself, and have planned events with even the most complicated logistics and locations.

    Kaleigh is the absolute best in the business. Kaleigh and I have worked together side by side on a number of weddings over the past 5 years. It takes a special skill set to be an effective wedding coordinator and Kaleigh definitely has it. Not only is she professional, organized, and detail oriented, but she is always 5 steps ahead so that you won't have to worry about a thing. I have seen Kaleigh go above and beyond for her clients time and time again to create the seamless, stress-free wedding day that her clients dream of. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I 110% recommend her!

    As co owner of Lumi Artistry, my partner Graham and I have been working with Kaleigh for years! We have worked many weddings with her, and every time everything runs so smoothly.     Kaleigh was amazing to work with! I was a very particular bride, and she made sure to help me make every detail perfect. I remember sending her a message the day of our wedding with a concern, and she was quick to reassure me that it was all taken care of. Not only that, but it rained on our wedding day, and Kaleigh and her husband were outside wiping the chairs off before the ceremony. She was amazing with all the vendors, and truly just throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. I am SO thankful for how special she helped make my day!
