Beautiful!
We had our wedding on April 27th this year and it went so perfect! We got the package that included a credit for the flowers, DJ, stationary, photographer and dessert which took off soo much stress trying to find everything individually. The centerpieces we got from the florest were bigger and much more beautiful than I thought they were going to be! My beautiful bouquet though however sadly was falling apart very easily so I had to be very gentle but flowers would still fall out. Everyone involved from the coordinators (Madison, Brooke, Gianna) to DJ Omar, Courtnie from Design Haus and the desserts did great! The coordinators handled everything on the day. For the ceremony I wanted only one song for everyone to walk down and for the doors to open at a specific part of the song for me and they made it happen! Even when one of my guest broke her shoe the employees rushed to try and help her. At the end of the night we did forget a few things in the suites because we were so tired and I was able to get in touch with one of the coordinators and was able to retrieve my items the next week so I am not sure about the comments from people who say they dont respond. This place is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy we got to have our wedding here to start our marriage and share the beautiful memories with our families. I got so many compliments on the venue from all our guest and I am so excited to see the photos! The main suggestion I would say for the venue is to be able to have earlier access to the venue before 12. The more time to get ready and relax the less stress I think I wouldve felt the day of.
Dreams to Reality
We exchanged vows at Ashton Gardens West on June 12th, 2023, and it truly was a day filled with magic and joy. Our wedding planner, Madison, was an absolute gem, guiding us through every step of the planning process with grace and expertise. She was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions and concerns, even as they multiplied towards the final stretch. One of the main reasons we chose Ashton Gardens West was for its breathtaking chapel, which perfectly fulfilled our dream of a church-like setting. Additionally, having the reception venue onsite meant that our guests could seamlessly transition from the ceremony to the celebration without the hassle of commuting. The venue's packages were not only comprehensive but also constantly evolving, offering an array of options that made decision-making a breeze, from selecting invitations to choosing beverages. What truly set Ashton Gardens West apart was the opportunity to attend tastings at their various locations. These events not only allowed my husband and me to sample the delectable menu offerings but also explore additional enhancements for our wedding, such as the possibility of having a live painter capture our special day. These tastings became cherished moments of respite amidst the whirlwind of wedding planning. In the end, our wedding day was nothing short of perfect, thanks in large part to the exceptional team at Ashton Gardens West. Their unparalleled quality and affordability made our dream wedding a reality, and we couldn't be more grateful for the memories created in such a beautiful setting.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
I got married at Ashton Gardens West in January 2024. From the moment I arrived to check out the venue I knew that was where I'd be getting married. They were extremely professional and accommodating to all our needs. Special shout out to Madison our wedding planner...she was AMAZING!!! Highly recommended.
Wedding
Everything was great. The food we ordered was a little off the menu and it was great. Thank you to the chef and all the wait staff. Sheilah was great.
