About this venue
The Avalon is a beautiful and elegant venue with 5 ballrooms, each with a different style and size to fit any guest count. Each of our wedding packages includes your own wedding planner, limo service to bring your guests to their hotels, and complimentary access to the room's built-in A/V features (event lighting, house sound, and so much more!). Your guests will rave about your wedding food from our chef, and you will be able to fully enjoy your wedding day while we take care of the details. Let us handle the "to-do's" as you handle the "I do's", and we'll make your wedding everything you've dreamed of.

No, all alcohol must come through our distributors and be served by our licensed bartenders per our liquor license.
Yes, we have a large parking lot that wraps around the entire venue, plus an overflow lot to the northeast.
Yes, all our ballrooms are wheelchair accessible. One of our ballroom does have space on the second floor, but we have an elevator to that second level.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. We also offer an on-site wedding planner for each wedding in the facility, as well as complimentary limo service to bring all guests to their hotels in the evening.
All wedding reservations go from 9 AM - 1 AM.
June, August, September, and October (pricing only different for the Millennium Ballroom).
January, February, March, & April: off-peak (Millennium only) May, July, November, December: mid-peak (Millennium only)
