Berry Acres is one of Kansas City’s premier wedding venues. It is a full-service facility located in Odessa, Missouri on a manicured 20 acres. At Berry Acres we have a deep passion for weddings and over 30 years of experience in the wedding industry. This passion coupled with a facility that was designed specifically for weddings will create a worry-free experience for you and your guests. Our goal is to exceed your expectations while entertaining your family and friends with a host of unique amenities such as a top rated disc jockey, lighted video dance floor, fireworks displays, nursery, private parking, open air photo opportunities and more!

Take advantage of our culinary excellence by allowing our award winning chef and his professional staff to prepare a customized menu. Dinners start at $17.50 on clear disposable ware. Add china, flatware & stemware for $4 more per person. Berry Acres services buffet style dinner. Applicable taxes & 18% gratuity is applied to all food packages.

Berry Acres has its own liquor license. We offer several beverage packages to fit any budget, ranging from non-alcoholic sodas, to cash bar options and hosted alcoholic packages. Our experienced bartenders and wait-staff will exceed your service expectations. Anytime alcohol is served, Berry Acres requires a security officer for $150. Applicable taxes & 18% gratuity is applied to all bar packages. All packages are for 4 hours unlimited drinks.

The Best Wedding Venue and Staff
Deciding to have our daughter's wedding at Berry Acres was the easiest and best decision we made during the entire wedding process. Angela, Abigail, Emma and everyone else made everything so easy for us. From the beginning, it was smooth and non-stressful. They were quick to answer questions, always checked in to see if there was anything else we needed and made us feel welcome. The wedding day was flawless (besides the rain!) but even then, they provided everything we needed and helped make the day memorable for everyone. They genuinely wanted the best day for our daughter and son-in-law and made it happen. We are so grateful to them!!
The Perfect Venue
Berry Acres was absolutely incredible. From our initial tour of the venue to every step leading up to the wedding they made everything so easy. They were so quick to respond with any questions we had and always checked in to make sure we stayed on track with planning. Their food is incredible and Alan did amazing with DJ. We had people dancing on the dance floor all night long. Our day couldn't have gone smoother with the help of Angela, Alan and Emma. They truly made our day perfect! We are so happy to be a part of the Berry Acres Family!
Amazing Experience
This venue is by far the best place to have a wedding! Not only is this venue beautiful, inside and out, but the staff here is incredible. Angela and Abigail were quick to answer all questions day and night and helped to keep us on track through the whole process. Emma was there with us every step of the way for anything we needed day of the wedding, helping with pictures, bringing us waters during photos, even helping make a makeshift garter because I forgot mine! We had not a single issue on our wedding day due to the help of this wonderful team of people! The food is also amazing, we loved that they do tastings beforehand and give a good variety of options for you to choose from!

Oh my lord this venue was phenomenal, they did every detail perfectly and were so helpful in every way. If we (my husband & I) could give them more than 5 stars we would the staff is great and Angela and Alen were on point with literally everything from the day we started planning to the wedding night itself!! The venue staff them self's we so helpful and what ever we asked for even if it was border crazy they got it. My parents were a big part of planning and well and they can be a handful and again Angela handle them with ease. So happy and thankful for Berry Acres they get 10 out of 5 starts!
