The barn boasts 4,500 square feet, allowing you enough room to seat up to 200 guests.

You may start your day at the Farm at 9AM.

Our staff takes care of setting up all of our tables, chairs, and wedding props for you before your rental begins so that when you arrive on your wedding day, all of the heavy lifting is already taken care of!We will bag linens and take care of all trash. You are responsible to retrieve all wedding gifts and valuables.

We invite all of our couples to decorate and make Black Bird Farm their own! We will be happy to assist you with any extra lighting or other decor you would like to incorporate into what is already there. Any decor that needs to be hung or attached to the barn, needs to be approved and hung or attached by a Black Bird staff member.

There is grass parking that can accommodate 300 cars.

We have 20 handmade farmhouse tables 9’x40”. Each table seats 10. There are 200+ black cross back chairs.

In accordance with Putnam County ordinance, Black Bird Farm has a curfew of 11:00pm. This means music is off at 11:00pm and EVERYONE must be gone by midnight.

Yes, you may choose your own caterer. They must be a licensed caterer with all the proper licenses and insurance required by the state of Ohio.

The barn is an authentic barn built in 1909. There is no heating or cooling in the barn. However, we do allow fans or propane heaters to be brought in.

The Barn comes with cafe string lights.

The barn is 4500 square feet, with a max seated capacity of 200. There is also room for a large tent on the lawn next to the barn for a maximum venue capacity of 500 guests.

Black Bird is fully capable of hosting a ceremony inside the barn in the event of inclement weather. For parties of 200 or more, we highly suggest renting a tent to provide another covered space for guests.
