About this venue

The Blue Moon is the only true ballroom in the Rochester area. The sound system is fantastic and used by our recommended DJs. You can save big bucks by using any outside catering service that you want. We have one exclusive vendor for the bar. We have hosted more than 500 private receptions, and would be happy to meet with you to to see if the Blue Moon Ballroom would be a good fit for your event.

    You can't go wrong when you book your wedding ceremony and/or reception at the Blue Moon. Fred & Gretel will take care of you down to the minor details. Great location with lots of parking. Have your ceremony indoors or in their quaint back yard / patio area. Beautiful setup for the reception with the head table for the wedding party on a raised stage area. The hardwood ballroom floor is perfect for dancing. Clean bathrooms and catering area. Full bar service and private security available. In house sound system that comes with their resident DJ at a great price! You won't be disappointed!!!

    Fred and Gretel were great. The venue was amazing and they both helped us through the whole process. We highly recommend Blue Moon Ball Room! All of our guests had amazing time and even commented on how awesome the venue was. Thank you making our wedding even more awesome, Fred and Gretel!
