Description

The All Inclusive Package is customizable, yet the basic package includes use of the indoor and outdoor event spaces, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, bartenders, waitstaff, parking attendant, decorations, bridal suite, grooms cabin and honeymoon suite, all set up and take down of decorations and tables for reception, event planner and day of coordinator.

Description

This elegant cocktail style reception is the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends allowing the couple to mingle freely with guests. The waitstaff pass Hors D'Oeuvres on silver platters, as the guest enjoy a sip of their preferred beverage from the bar. Following wedding party photographs, the dance floor opens and the evening continues. The celebrations draws to a close with the cutting of the wedding cake and a champagne toast to send the couple on there way.

Description

We provide the space for you to bring your vision to life. Package includes the use of the indoor and outdoor spaces for 4 hours set up on Friday, 6 hours for the wedding and reception on Saturday and 2 hours for clean up on Sunday. Tables and chairs per guest count. Parking attendant for 1 hour.

Blue Rock Farm is such a beautiful and peaceful place to get married. Elizabeth helped us so much with the flowers, decorations and flow of the day. She is able to answer all your questions and is very detailed to ensure you have everything you imagined. I loved how bright and airy the venue is and the view to the pond with all the flowers blooming. I would definitely recommend Blue Rock Farm for any special occasion, time spent here creates memories that last a life time.

I recommend Blue Rock Venue to any couple getting married it’s a beautiful place a beautiful environment around the staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about weddings and catering .They try very hard to accommodate everybody’s needs wants and wishes for that very special day.

From 10 to 120.

The deposit can be made in 2 installments one due at signing the rental agreement and the second within 3 months of signing. The deposit is half of the cost of the package.

Half of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel 8 months prior to the event. If you cancel less than 8 months, the deposit is not refundable.

Yes, two large restrooms are adjacent to the indoor space.

Yes, we have a built in sound system that can be used at no extra cost. In addition, we have a larger system with extra speakers, a sound board, and microphones available at an additional cost of $350.

Yes, you bring your own alcohol and we chill it and serve it during your event.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, starting with the arrival of the bride to the exit of bride and groom along with all guests.

Yes, we have on site parking with a parking attendant to welcome guests as they arrive and assist with back in parking. We also have a golf cart shuttle for guests who need help in getting from the car to the venue.

We have a large bedroom with a large private bath and side porch. The brides and her attendants always enjoy the space.

As long as the roads are clear, and the state has not mandated people not travel, we will proceed at your discretion. If you need to cancel, you may pick from open days to reschedule your event.

We require all guests to be cleared of the venue site no later than 12 midnight. Usually, we begin to have guests exiting by 11:30.
