About this venue

Blue View Barn is family owned and operated on our farm as a way to share our beautiful property for weddings and receptions. Our barn venue sits on 33 acres with tall pine trees and beautiful oak trees. We are in Winter Haven, home of Legoland between Tampa and Orlando in the heart of central Florida. Our venue features a reception barn, outdoor chapel, dance floor, outdoor bar, caterer's kitchen, bridal suite and groom saloon. We are an oasis of country life on a true rural farm close to the city! We would love to give you a personal tour of our gorgeous barn venue!

Our Venue will accommodate up to 130 people (bridal party and guests). We have a charming, open air Wedding Chapel for your ceremony. We offer a beautiful air-conditioned bridal suite and groom suite with plenty of room for the wedding party to get ready for the big day.

Description

(One Day-Saturday or Sunday & Weekdays if available) This package includes full use of all venue spaces, tables and chairs to accommodate up to 130 guests, use of outdoor wedding area and use of our decorations with access from 9:00AM to 11:30PM on the day of your event. $500 deposit** **Deposit is refundable after the wedding if no damages to the venue or decorations and clean-up is complete. The deposit is in addition to the package price and is not refunded if the wedding is canceled.

Wedding and Rehearsal Package

Description

This package includes all of the amenities in the wedding package as well as the previous day's rental from 1:00 PM-9:00 PM for set up, decorating, and rehearsal. Enjoy a relaxing wedding day with everything already prepared! $500 deposit** **Deposit is refundable after the wedding if no damages to the venue or decorations and clean-up is complete. The deposit is in addition to the package price and is not refunded if the wedding is canceled.

Mini-mony/Elopement Package

Micro wedding packages are perfect for couples looking to elope or host an intimate group of family and friends. We offer a variety of packages to help make the wedding process easy and convenient. These packages are based on the availability of dates and are usually scheduled Sunday through Thursday.

  • Up to 15 guests
  • 2-hour venue chapel rental
  • Seating for guests
  • Use of the getting ready rooms- 30 minutes
