We had to cancel our original wedding plans because of COVID and county restrictions at the time. When we decided we wanted to go ahead and get married with only 40 days to plan, we knew the perfect place to go. Camp Lucy has 41 hotel rooms, multiple venues to choose from, on-site activities that entertained our families, venues for our on-site rehearsal dinner, and on-site food and beverage. We had very little for us to worry about other than invitations, a dress, and telling Camp Lucy and our planner what we wanted for our special day. We ended up having a small guest count and it could not have been better. We organized activities for the guys during the day and the girls hung out all day in Lucy Cottage doing hair and make-up all day. Our families got to hang out at the pool, eat at Tillie's, and hike the 300 acre property. The best part was walking to our rooms after the wedding and not having to worry about travel. It felt like a wedding and family reunion all in one. If you want a place that does it all and has it all - you are going to want to get married at Camp Lucy.

As a local Austin Wedding Planner, I've been coordinating out at Camp Lucy for years. It's hands down my favorite venue to work at. Not only is it so beautiful, the staff is amazing. They are kind, responsive, and professional. Having the lodging onsite is a huge plus for guests and couples. And they now offer fun activities such as yoga, hiking, fishing, and more! Literally the perfect getaway for your wedding, anniversary, or just good ol fun!! Book today!

Yes, each venue space has ample parking available.

Yes. To ensure a seamless event, at minimum, we require that you hire a licensed and insured month-of coordinator for all weddings. Your event coordinator must provide proof of liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. Your planner must be present for the entire duration of the event.

Camp Lucy provides catering and bartending services, as well as our signature collection of rental items. Any additional desired vendors will need to be hired outside of Camp Lucy. Whim Hospitality is your exclusive provider of any rental upgrades and tenting needs. Whim Hospitality is also the preferred floral provider for Camp Lucy.

The Camp Lucy Signature Rental Package includes: • Signature dining tables, chairs for reception, and outdoor ceremony chairs, 6 cocktail tables, 2 48” round tables, Signature linens in choice of: Ivory, Beige or Navy, Signature dinner napkins in choice of: Ivory, Beige or Navy, White French Knot dinner and dessert plates, Silver Flatware, Crystal Glassware

Yes, Camp Lucy is a Texas Wine Country Resort. We have 39 well-appointed guest rooms, 2 family cottages, a pool, restaurant and on-property activities.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Due to our TABC license, all events held at Camp Lucy are required to use Camp Lucy’s bar services and alcohol served. Our service staff is highly trained, TABC certified and will provide the best experience for you and your guests.
