About this venue

Welcome! Carbon Creek specializes in weddings, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies. Located in Southeast Kansas, our venue has over 6000 square feet of event space and is ideal for up to 400 people. The crowning feature of our space is a large sunken wooden dance floor with mirrored ceilings and built-in sound and lighting systems. Our wedding packages include the services of four different vendors in one cost: DJ and MC, bartender, wedding coordinator, and cleaning crew. We also offer decor rentals in addition to our services.

6 consecutive hours of DJ, bartender, and coordinator services. 10 hours for set up, decoration, rehearsal, vendor delivery, and tear down plus 1 additional hour of DJ and coordinator services for rehearsal. Yes, we limit it to the people who sign the contract. Guests may not bring alcohol onto the property. Details regarding alcohol restrictions are in our contract.

Yes, we have an acre of paved lot for self-parking, plus some gravel if overflow is needed.

Yes, our entrances and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. We also have portable ramps available upon request so folks with mobility aids can easily access the dance floor.

Reservation fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, the full package amount will be due. Cancelations prior to the 30-day deadline will receive a refund of all amounts paid beyond the reservation fee.

The number of hours included varies per package. Essential packages allow single-day access to the venue, while our Deluxe packages allow venue access the day of your event and the day before for set up. Additional event and non-event hours are available for a fee.

Our venue is fully insured, but our liability insurances cover our interests. We recommend that couples consider wedding or special event insurance to protect their investments with us and other vendors.
