Built on a foundation of love. This country-chic destination wedding venue offers Midwestern charm right here in the Chicago-land area. A seven-acre private estate complete with luscious wedding gardens, breathtaking grounds, a white Victorian Wedding Chapel, an intimate Wedding Gazebo, Bridal Dressing Room, Engraved Brick Walkway, and Vintage-inspired Reception Hall. We proudly host several wedding amenities not offered anywhere else and definitely not all in one place. All of these accommodations provide numerous amounts of photo opportunities. And our friendly staff are always willing to help!

    I recently attended a wedding reception at the Chapel in the Pines Wedding and Banquet Center and cannot express just how impressed I was with everything from the stunning venue to the amazing event planner, Amanda. The moment I walked into the Chapel in the Pines, I was awe-struck by the breathtaking beauty of the location. The natural surroundings combined with the charming architecture of the venue created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic and elegant wedding reception. The set up was well-planned and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I must also mention the incredible effort put in by Amanda, the event planner. Her professionalism, attention to detail and passion for her work truly shone through. She was warm, approachable, and truly invested in making the event a success. From coordinating with the vendors to ensuring that the bride and groom's vision for their special day was executed seamlessly, Amanda made sure everything was taken care of. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive, making every guest feel comfortable and at home. The outdoor setting provided a beautiful backdrop for photos, and guests were able to enjoy the stunning views and fresh air throughout the event. Overall, I would highly recommend the Chapel in the Pines Wedding and Banquet Center to anyone looking for a unique and memorable wedding reception location. The venue itself is simply stunning, and with an event planner like Amanda, you can trust that your special day will be executed flawlessly.

    I’ve attended an event hosted here and everything went beyond my expectations. It’s such a beautiful venue and Amanda made everything a breeze. She has amazing attention to detail and was kind to assist in anything that was needed. I strongly encourage anyone to book here you definitely won’t regret it.

    Each time we met with Amanda, she changed what was included in our packages and I constantly had to search through e-mails to find the documentation to support what we were originally told. For example, when we booked the venue for the reception in September 2022, we were told that we could bring in our own appetizers and that 2 variety of seltzers were to be included at no additional charge. Then when we met with Amanda in April 2023, she informed us the appetizers had to be done by a licensed caterer. Thankfully, I had a print out of their website from September 2022 that stated we could bring in our own. Secondly, 3 days before the wedding, I met with Amanda to go over a few last minute questions and asked what seltzers would be served. She informed me that seltzers were not included in our package and would be an additional cost. How frustrating! Once again, I had to go through my e-mails from Amanda which showed they would be included at no additional charge. Finally, they served a different pasta than what was served during the tasting. Oh, don’t get me started on the tasting as the bride and groom don’t get to determine what entree’s they taste as Amanda picks them out based on the most popular items. However, if you want to taste something different, they charge an additional cost. Therefore, buyer beware-if you chose to use Chapel in the Pines for your reception- Document! Document! And Document again as you will most definitely need it.
