Conveniently located at 1430 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids MI 49505. Clearwater Place, an architectural masterpiece originally constructed over one hundred years ago, has been completely renovated by our family-owned business that specializes in historic restoration. The restoration earned Clearwater Place the Governor's Award for Historic Preservation. We remodeled the space to highlight the original Romanesque revival architecture--round arches, recessed panels, high ceilings, steel beams, and unique windows-- while incorporating state of the art updates and amenities to make Clearwater Place the perfect venue for your event.

The venue rental includes table, black Chiavari chairs, use of the Bridal Suite and a Groom's Prep Room.
Our venue includes a private Bridal Suite & Groomsman Prep Room including a kitchenette. The Bridal room has a vanity counter with ideal lighting with chic, glamorous décor and comfortable prep space.
Clearwater Place has a historic Mediterranean Revival architecture.
The rental includes a permanent large dance floor, built-in bar, dimmable lighting and string lighting, audio visual system with microphones.
