About this venue

Catering By Dale began over 22 years ago as an off-premise catering company. CBD is now the proud owner of Copper at Dorset, our new commercial kitchen, offering takeout lunches and weekly meals, event space with food and full bar service, ticketed theme parties and all of our off-premise catering including, regular clients, weddings and corporate events.

Catering by Dale is putting the final shine on Copper at Dorset, its new production kitchen and event venue at 100 Dorset Street in South Burlington.The renovated space operates primarily as the 22-year-old catering business' kitchen and as a private event location for as many as 99 guests, but it will also offer weekday takeout lunches and preordered Friday night dinners to the general public.
