This historic resort is located at an elevation of 5,900 ft and situated beneath the Mogollon Rim hidden amongst the world's largest stand of Ponderosa pines. Creekside Cabins & Tavern features a restaurant, a bar, and a 2,500-square-foot outdoor patio in the the pines. Rehearsal Dinner Mexican Buffet for 50!
Our son was married at Creekside last fall. The bride's family rented all the cabins for Friday & Saturday night. My husband and I hosted all 50 guests on Friday night for a 'rehearsal dinner'. We ordered the Mexican Buffet. The event was set up outside near the picnic area across from the cabins & restaurant. We were the first folks to host a large rehearsal dinner outside so there were a few issues we all had to work through. That's the only reason I didn't give every category a 5- these were issues from the initial planning & pricing. But the event itself was fabulous. The staff was very attentive to every request or question. The set up was easy and the food great! Because we were outside, it was perfect for visiting and mingling. We also asked for a big fire and supplied everything for s'mores in addition to other desserts. Would definitely recommend an outdoor event instead of being in the restaurant-- weather permitting. The venue has photos if interested.
Very special venue
We loved having Creekside as our venue! You CANNOT beat the views here! The whole process was seamless and communication with all the staff was always clear and very timely. Special thanks to Justin and Joy for helping us with everything for our day. We especially loved how dog friendly the venue is. The signature drinks were delicious as well as the food (we did mimosas, margaritas, and street tacos). Could not have been better!
Stunning Venue
Having just learned about Creekside's new wedding venue this year, I am in love!! We have provided wedding cakes/desserts to the venue for several of their clients and are in awe of the views and all of the beautiful work they have done to make it a dream space nestled in the heart of the Rim Country! I am recently engaged and am seriously considering using this venue for my own wedding! Definitely recommend this venue for future couples!
