You will gain access to the room starting at 10:00am and will have the room until 12:00am, day of event date.
In the event a cancellation is necessary, 50% of the deposit if refundable if the event is cancelled in writing more than 6 months prior to event date, any services rendered will be deducted from the refund. Deposit is non-refundable if event cancels less than 6 months before the event date.

7% Tax and 20% Service Charge
Yes, we do offer a tasting after securing Crystal Ballroom, up to four people. There is no extra cost. If you need a tasting before securing Crystal Ballroom, there is a fee associated with the tasting. If you secure the Crystal Ballroom after tasting, that tasting fee will be credited.
Yes, standard items are complimentary with the room. We do have options available for upgrade at an additional cost.
Yes, you can bring a specialty cake in from a licensed baker.
There is not a cake cutting fee.
You cannot; all beverages must be provided from Crystal Ballroom due to Indiana Excise State Law.
Yes, you can bring in your own decoration. You will be responsible for setting up and taking down, day of event.
We do allow candles; the flame must be contained in a vessel, lower the rim of vessel. We do not allow helium balloons, confetti, sparklers or fireworks in the room.
Yes, we will have signs.
Yes, you can hire your own vendors. We offer a proffered vendor list after securing Crystal Ballroom, but they are not required to be hired.
Crystal Ballroom can accommodate both a DJ or a live band.
We require security for every event. We have uniformed security or off-duty police officers.

The building is open at 10:00am.
Yes, we have a small space that can be used. Depending on availability, the Lerner Theatre Lobby could be used for cocktail hour.
Yes, but most prefer to use the DJ or bands equipment.
We have one men's restroom (6 stalls) and one women's restroom (10 stalls).

Seven (7) business days prior to event date.
50% of estimated total is due 90 days prior to event date, 25% is due 30 days prior and final payment is due 7 business days prior.

We book two years out.
We require the amount of room rental to be the deposit amount.
Deposit is to be paid as soon as you are ready to secure the date along with a signed contract.
