Your reservation includes 6.5 hours from ceremony start-time to reception end-time, excluding vendor set-up and clean-up. Evening events may begin immediately after the Estate closes to the public at 5:00pm, with music off no later than 11:00pm and all guests must leave by 11:30pm.

Yes, self-parking is available at no cost. You are also welcome to bring in a Valet Parking vendor of your choice.

Yes, all our event spaces are wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible. We can also provide golf-cart assistance.

Yes, Deering Estate is just the venue and gives you the flexibility to bring in your own specially selected team of outside vendors, such as caterers, florists, decorations, and other service providers— you can customize and create the event you have always dreamed of!

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. Alcohol may be delivered on-site the day-of the event.
