About this venue

Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering us for your special day! Our event area is “El Fresco" with a spacious covered patio and additional open space under a beautiful sky, which easily accommodates any social distancing requirements. There is plenty of area for a ceremony and reception to host 50-125 guests. In addition, we host one wedding per weekend to guarantee a more relaxing and unhurried special day. For costs we start with a base price and have several options you can "Add on". Once we know what you would like included we then create a customized wedding package just for you!

Eastside Ranch

Rustic ranch style weddings and celebrations.

Eastside Ranch is available to host any of your outdoor parties. We've done it all from weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties. Ranch style venue in historic San Timoteo Canyon on a working horse ranch. 1/4 mile off the main road, between the 10 and 60 freeways. We can accommodate up to 300 people!

Included in this room:

$3900 is our Base Price. This Includes use of event area for 36 hours (day before setup & rehearsal night, day of event, day after for tear down); parking areas; traffic direction signs; wine barrels; water tubs; portable dry bar; electrical for lighting; 25 rectangle tables and 200 chairs-does not include linens); two deluxe bathrooms…. all for up to 200 guests.

    We had a great experience working with Eastside Ranch. They had a lot of extras like benches, arches, table/chairs, and some decorations included in the price with a bunch of things we could add on as well like yard games, heaters, and more. They were very easy to work with and their communication was great!

    If you are getting married or renewing your vows you cannot go wrong with booking at Eastside Ranch. Cindy and Tony are so incredibly easy to work with. They offer an amazing vendor list that includes an excellent officiant, delicious catering options and a bartender that is out of this world! All of the vendors on the list far exceed expectations in terms of professionalism and price. Everything is there to help make your event perfect Use their vendors or use your own the choice is always yours. The venue is beautiful, rustic and really a perfect set up to host large or small gatherings. Booking there will be the best decision you make in your planning. Don’t hesitate at all.
