The historic building boasts a full upstairs remodel while retaining nods to the original elements: wood floors and exposed brick call to times past, while New York contemporary lighting and artwork inject the space with unique personality. The renovated space showcases up to the minute technology – including an HD projector and large 110-inch retractable screen, customizable Gobo lighted image projector (perfect for your new wedding monogram), complete sound system compatible with all Apple devices, and high-speed wireless internet, which will make social media posting a breeze for your guests!

Our wedding was at FIVE Event Center, and it was truly the best fit for us. We wanted out venue to already be aesthetically pleasing so we didn’t have to do too much to it. Our pictures look beautiful with FIVE’s interior as the canvas. Another must-have for us was, we wanted our venue to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one. FIVE Event Center was a perfect fit for that. Robyn, their Event Coordinator is responsive, and caring. She has a very calm and confident presence which is so appreciated when planning a wedding. We really felt taken care of by her. We had the best wedding day, with all our loved ones. Our wedding at FIVE was everything we imagined and more! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and my favorite part was it really speaks for itself, doesn’t need much added! It was important to us to have our wedding in the city. I still can’t believe how affordable FIVE is compared to other venue. Our guests and family loved it! We had 155 people and it was spacious for everyone. We truly could not have had such of a great wedding without Victoria, the venue coordinator. She was responsive and quick to answer all my questions! She went above beyond in every single aspect of the day. Anyone would be so lucky to have her there for their special day!

We do need to know your event date, estimated guest count, and approximate start and end times to approve your contract. You can determine other details at a later date. Our Venue Manager will be available to you by phone or email to answer any questions throughout your planning process.

Most of our ceremony setups can seat up to 200 guests. Our lower level bar area can accommodate up to 175 guests. Our patio, tucked on the side of our building, holds up to 25 guests. We can accommodate up to 200 people for a seated dinner or up to 375 (between both levels) for a cocktail & hors d’oeuvres style reception.

We work with a preferred group of caterers that can accommodate a wide range of taste preferences and budgets. We do not have any food minimums and no additional fees will apply when using a caterer from our preferred list. If you decide on a caterer who does not currently have a preferred status with us, we will apply a charge to the caterer.

Yes, there is a small patio separate from the event space located on the south side of the building. It can accommodate up to 20-25 guests and includes patio furniture (tables, chairs, canopy, lights, flowers etc.). We will provide a sign to direct guests to this area.

Yes, there are several hotels nearby. Please refer to our website and recommended vendor list to get started. The Midtown Sheraton provides a FREE Shuttle for FIVE Event Center. Please contact the hotel directly for specific details and rates.
