Your reservation includes sixteen hours from start to finish, from 8am to Midnight. Everything has to be out by 12am.

No, however, we highly recommend one though to keep your event running smoothly and on time!

Yes. Our venue has parking + and overflow space.

First and foremost, all alcohol must be served by a TABC licensed and liquor liability insured bartender. Parking lot drinking out at vehicles with personal coolers is strictly prohibited. There are three ways alcohol can be served at the venue–please coordinate with the bartender you use, as not all of them are ok with these three ways: 1. The bartender provides all alcohol. This is typically the most expensive route. 2. The client pays and provides the alcohol. This is usually considered Open Bar or Cash Bar 3. We have had BYOB events as well. *There are additional requirements for this option*

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have access at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

No, our venue is fully insured. However, your bartender must have liquor liability insurance.

We do not provide linens, but we can recommend several options to fit any budget!
