Goronson Farm has been a wonderful partner! Maureen's knowledge of every fruit and vegetable she grows is tremendous and her offerings always include the rare and delicious. She is the ultimate hostess whether guiding a tour of Goronson Farm, hosting an afternoon tea, or introducing visitors to her royal flock of ducks, chickens and geese. It is, without question, a special place!

Maureen’s bouquets and arrangements are like none I’ve ever seen. They hold an elegant whimsy that captivates the viewer. Their flowers are a work of art: the fields sown in early spring and planted, grown with patience, harvested with care, and then designed with intent. Each arrangement and bouquet are a masterpiece and labor of love that is months in the making. When you see them, you see the love and intent intertwined with each stem, petal, and leaf. It is an amazing experience to feel the sun on your face, hear the animals chatter contently, and smell the flowers that overflow the property. It is the only place I’ve found in Maine that can make you remember what it is like to truly be alive. I feel like we spend too much time in the city, dedicating ourselves to hustle culture, constantly putting our nose to the grindstone. However, when we do that, we never lift our heads to see the sky. The Goronson Farm is a tranquil getaway that allows you the opportunity to lift your head to see the sky, smell the roses, and remember why it is important for us to connect with nature. That is what I think their belief is: to remind us that we do not live with nature, we are nature.

I've worked with Maureen from Goronson Farm multiple times throughout the years with different events at her farm and at Nonesuch River Brewing. Maureen puts her heart and soul into every single thing that she does. A very memorable wedding (Jamie & Dan) in my mind that she help us out with to provide bouquets and flowers for a bride that had her original wedding venue burn down only days before. Maureen sprung into action to help pulling everything together in record time, even offering her very own antique flower girl basket and giant vases from France to be used during the ceremony. The flowers were fresh and lovely and definitely stole the show at the ceremony. Maureen loves her farm, her helpers and her animals so very much. She oozes love and pride in her stories of where she found/researched certain things to grow and each and every animal has their own story. Our management team went to visit her farm for tea and we got to meet several animals that we still talk about to this day. Maureen takes such care with brides and her flowers for weddings -- even ordering antique blue mason jars for a bride that reminded her of the jars her grandmother used when she was a child that she had had since the 1940s but couldn't transport and have here for her wedding for fear of damaging them. Maureen made it happen, she found the exact jars and goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness that is so very hard to find. Heather Guglielmo Event & Marketing Manager Nonesuch River Brewing

It's not often that I have had such a wonderful and productive working relationship with another vendor. Knowledgeable, warm, inviting, passionate about organic farming, meticulous are all thoughts that come to mind when I think about Goronson Farm. Maureen and her crew produce the finest organic flowers, fruits and veggies. Then there are the ducks and chickens...simultaneously companions and navigators on the farm...also blessing us with their (delicious) eggs. You instantly feel the world melt away the moment you turn down the drive towards the farm. Almost instantaneously you're transported a million miles to some sort of epic oasis far from it all. Simply put: it's just a stunningly beautiful place. I can't (and won't) stop recommending Goronson Farm. Five stars are not emphatic enough.
