This waterfront space offers a mixture of a splendid, serene setting and a contemporary design. Boasting ample space for the happy couple to host their ceremony and reception, this truly is a wonderful venue that matches the unforgettable nature of your amazing occasion. Contained within the boathouse is a 3,040 square-foot space called the Community Room that provides a charming place for throwing the festivities which you have always wanted to experience. This space is on the 2nd floor, and it also offers two balconies that overlook the scenic Charles River. A calm, beautiful, and picturesque place, there's as much to admire inside as there is on the outside. The boathouse is easy to get to and offers free parking.

- 4 hours of set up, 4 hours of event time, 1 hour of breakdown - use of onsite variety of tables (round, rectangular, hightop) and chairs - standard lighting - onsite building manager and facility staff - use of galley kitchen & AV system (projector and speakers) - police detail - DCR permit

No, our venue is fully insured. However, your caterers and vendors would need to have insurance.

Your reservation includes nine hours from start to finish, including the time it takes your caterer to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500-$750 per hour.

If the Harry Parker Boathouse cancels for any reason, the client will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule to the next available date. If the client cancels for any reason the following applies: - Less than 30 days - No Refund will be issued but a 50% credit will be retained for up to one year. - Greater than 30 days - A refund of $1,000 will be issued, or a 50% credit retained for up to one year. - Greater than 180 days - A 50% refund or $1,000 (whichever is greater) or a full credit retained for up to one year.

The client agrees to pay according to the following schedule: - 50% deposit within 48 hours of signing the event agreement - 50% 30 days prior to event If less than 30 days to event date, full payment due upon booking.

Reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but typically alcohol must be provided by a licensed vendor.
