Hillside at Red Rock is a stunning rustic wedding venue space located in Fredericksburg, Texas. With uninterrupted 30-mile views of the Texas Wine Country and a beautiful, flexible indoor/outdoor venue, the Hillside is the perfect place for your intimate, Hill Country wedding. The Hillside at Red Rock offers plenty of space for wedding events of nearly any style or size. For instance, take the 1,500-square-foot Great Room, which has plenty of space for up to 100 of your friends and family. Alternatively, the 1,300-square-foot Sky Deck is a great place to host outdoor ceremonies and receptions, giving guests wide open views of the stunning landscape.

Every seat in the house offers unmatched panoramic views of the Pedernales River Basin, the Texas Wine Trail, and Gillespie and surrounding counties. Cool southern breezes each evening make this great for events, dining, or lounging as you and your guests take full advantage of the indoor/outdoor functionality of the Hillside.

    From the moment we set foot on the serene grounds of The Hillside at Red Rock, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. Nestled in the breathtaking rolling hill country, this hidden gem boasts a charming barn door outdoor venue that served as the perfect backdrop for our dream outdoor wedding. We were so lucky to find a venue that could have easily accommodated a last minute indoor ceremony if weather turned. Fortunately for us it was a bright and sunny day. We were so pleased with the reception hall located just inside the outdoor ceremony site. Having the ceremony, reception and accommodations all on the property was the biggest selling point for us. My husband and I and our closest friends and families stayed in the luxurious woodsy cabins for ease of access to the wedding weekend. The impeccable organization and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our celebration was flawlessly executed, leaving us free to savor every moment with our loved ones. Clayton, the owner, assisted us with planning and bringing our vision to life. He was always available via text , email and phone and was a constant source of support throughout the months leading up to our wedding. He stopped at nothing to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted, down to managing things behind the scenes day of. The onsite cabins provided a cozy and comfortable retreat for our families, allowing us to extend the joy of our wedding day into a weekend long celebration. The gorgeous surroundings combined with a camp fire corral set in front of our cabins, provided a really fun close to each night we were there. We cannot recommend The Hillside at Red Rock enough to couples and families seeking a magical wedding venue surrounded by the beauty of the Texas hill country.     I can’t say enough good things about this precious place. Hillside at Red Rock was the most beautiful venue I could ever have wanted for my special day! Not only is it truly stunning, but also incredibly accommodating. They have a great sound system, a beautiful bridal suite, an assortment of tables varying in sizes and shapes for guests, cake table, food/drink table, etc. They are your one stop shop to create a beautiful and unique space for your wedding! The porch over looking the hillside makes a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Clayton and Christy have done a truly remarkable job with this venue. They are so kind and were the most helpful through the whole process. It truly could not have gone any more perfect! Thank you for sharing your space. It will forever have a special place in my heart!

    As a wedding planner in Fredericksburg, this is one of my favorite venues! The venue is a perfect size for smaller to medium sized groups. The owners are accommodating and there are six charming cabins on the property. But I love this venue the most for the amazing Hill Country views!
