Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. Opening our modern barn doors October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week and November - April. We offer 2 getting ready suites, 6 options for outdoor / covered ceremony + cocktail hour locations, 6 gender neutral restrooms, option to bring in your own caterer, affordable bar package options, one event per day and so much added value including our something borrowed collection, stocked bathroom baskets + mini fridge in each getting ready suite with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snack basket and coffee bars!
