Can I bring in Decor?

All live music, displays, signs and decorations, excluding table centerpieces, must be approved prior to arrival. Approved decor may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the furnishings. All approved displays, signs, and decorations must be removed from reserved space before the conclusion of rental. No outside food or beverage may be brought onto premise, except for wedding cake or birthday cake. Glitter and confetti are prohibited in the private dining room. There will be a $500 cleaning fee for the use of those items.

Can I bring in a Cake?

Absolutely, you may bring in a cake or decorated desserts for your event! Our team kindly asks that you not bring in any items that we may provide to you.

Question 3

Can I play my own music?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are allowed to bring in a speaker of your choice. This must be approved no later than 14 days prior to your event by our events booking team. Per our events contract, we ask that the music played in the space is not to create any distractions to our guest dining in the main spaces.

Do you offer any BYOB plans?

Accepted Answer

No, according to state law, all alcohol served in the space must be purchased by the establishment in which the event is held. Our team is well equipped with many offerings ranging from draft beer, natural wines and an assortment of well and top shelf liquors. Please speak with your booking team member if your group has any special requests for alcohol.

Is there a room rental fee?

No, all spaces run off of a food and beverage minimum. This will be inclusive of all food and drinks whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic that is ordered while your event is taking place.

How long are reservations for?

All bookings are based on a three hour window for both lunch and dinner. Additional hours may be added on but will need to be arranged with our event booking team. For any additional time over the three hour window, the food and beverage minimum for the space will increase.

How will the food served?

For all events, you will have the choice between a buffet style or family style service.

Cancellation Policies?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations received within seven (7) days prior to the event date will incur a 50% charge of the confirmed food & beverage minimum plus 9.75% tax. Cancellations received day of event or "no show' will incur a 100% charge of the confirmed food & beverage minimum including 9.75% tax and 20% gratuity. Cancellation fees are due in full the day of cancellation. Your event can be cancelled if final details are not received 10 days prior to your event. A fee will be determined at that time.

Do you require deposits?

No deposits required upon booking. All transactions will be handled at the completion of the event.
