About this venue

Construction on Mistletoe Bough began in 1890 but wasn't completed until 1895. The town banker had the vision to build the grandest home in Alexander City. Raising four boys and one girl, Ruben Herzfeld and his wife Julia built Mistletoe Bough with the perfect combination of elegance and comfort. From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll feel the special Mistletoe Bough hospitality. Our super-soft linens, southern-style breakfast and classic Victorian Design are only part of the story. Description

This is not your regular small wedding. The DIY package is non rushed to include 2 days use of the entire property, accommodations for 12 and breakfast for 2 nights, house, tent or garden use for ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner, all your tables, linens and chairs. We also offer a turn-key wedding to include the same as DIY, plus the day before and a Day Of coordinator, catering, floral and cake packages.

Large Weddings

150 guests

Description

Up to 150 guests with Ceremony + Reception or 300 for Reception only. The DIY package is non rushed to include 2 days use of the entire property, accommodations for 12 and breakfast for 2 nights, day before and Day-Of wedding coordinator, tents, tables, linens, decorations and chairs. We will also provide a parking attendant for the wedding day. If you need support above the DIY package, we can offer a complete wedding planner service to ensure your day is exactly how you envision it.
