About this venue

Our 100 acre unique venue in the Catskill Mountains. Our basic package ($7,200.00) includes 3 days and 2 nights in our 2 story2 bedroom Carriage House with the private Bridal Suite upstairs with the Master Bedroom and living room with a mini bar and view of your venue from above. The 30’x50’ Amish built event building w/12’x50’ covered porch & 14’x42’ covered patio with views of the pastures with horses behind the white fences. Tables & Chairs. The 10’x10’Pergola w/ white wicker lounges/cushions, by the pond w/fountain. . 2 white custom made bars w/back bars. 6’ live edge bar with wine rack, 2-40 bottle wine chillers, Brown Ratan bar with 6 stools, 4 authentic whiskey barrel high top tables w/ 5 bar stools each, Brown Ratan Lounge w/cushions. 4 egg chairs,The Victorian Lounge with antique Throne chairs, , Fire Fountain wrought iron lounge, marble top cake table, memorial table. Linen & Silver & Crystal glassware, dishes, artificial floral packages. Rustic. Elegant, Boho Chic

Carriage House

The quaint Carriage House.

The quaint Carriage House is cozy and cottage-like, yet full of modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Step outside the front door to access our 4 miles of trails that are great for hiking in the summer and snow shoeing in the winter. With two bedrooms and one full bath, the Carriage House can accommodate four adults, two children plus one toddler (2 and under) in the port-a-crib. The gaming table, climb and slide set and kiddie pool make the Carriage House perfect for young families.
