About this venue
Post House is an inviting, lively restaurant and boutique inn featuring a dedicated private events space ideal for large parties and special occasions. Nestled in the heart of the Old Village, Mount Pleasant, SC, Post House’s original features and historic charm lend to its unique character. Built in 1896, 101 Pitt Street has a longstanding history as the neighborhood hub. Some hundred years and many iterations later, Post House now presents a contemporary take on the neighborhood landmark, still bringing people together, in celebration, over good food and with a few drinks in tow.

We require all alcohol to be purchased through Post House.
We are located in a residential neighborhood with street parking.
Our covered outdoor Courtyard is accessible as is a full buyout of our building. The Rose Room and our inn rooms are on our second floor without elevator access.
Our venue rental fee covers base rentals (tables, chairs, linens and tableware), a dedicated service team, and coordination leading up to the event.
