About this venue

We offer a peaceful, romantic, outdoor setting celebrating the beauty of nature for 15 to approximately 120 guests. We can host your rehearsal, wedding, and reception and provide a place to stay for 11-25 guests using a variety of alternatives. We will plan ahead for inclement weather using tents, even a shelter house across the street. Have your wedding late in the day and sit around a bonfire as the evening draws to a close. If you take steps to test your marriage strength Before You Say I Do, either Warren or Pearl can be your officiant/pastor. We offer a one-stop planning service that includes Zola to simplify your wedding planning, even if you choose another venue. Our indoor venue can host 20+ people. Using tents or our patio we can host 50+ people. When you are ready, we will open the door to a lasting marriage, as well as, planning for your financial future.

Your primary objective is to stay within a tight budget. We will share with you many ways to keep the cost down and still have a wedding that will create lasting memories. Your wedding will be private for perhaps 25 people. Free parking will be limited to ten cars. Designate a specific time frame of 4-6 hours for the wedding and reception. You will provide your own food and entertainment. You may share your reception with others. Beautiful, romantic, in a natural setting, and memorable.

We prefer not to have alcohol served at our events and do not provide alcohol as part of our service. If you bring your own alcohol, you are required to keep your activities sane, sensible, and to not disturb the neighbors.

Yes! Parking is somewhat limited. The number of guests you host will determine how many free spots and how many up to $15/car spots you will need. There is also parking across the street for $15/car.

Yes, some of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. The Sanctuary does not have ramps available, but the patio, studio, and wedding sites are wheelchair accessible. Our staff are sensitive to the needs of the handicapped and will work with you to provide for their needs by planning in advance.

Once you confirm, which includes payment in advance, your fees are nonrefundable. You can schedule tentatively, but your space/time may go to someone else who is ready to confirm. When you are ready to confirm we will work with you to choose another space & time to hold your wedding or if necessary to reschedule. It is always best to confirm before sending out your invitations.

At the time you make your reservation, we will make sure you know how to get to our venue from where ever you are coming from.

Our venue is fully insured, but if you need to cancel unexpectedly it is wise to spend a little to recover your non-refundable cost.

Absolutely! First the neighbors. They don't want to be disturbed, so smile, maybe even waive, but leave them alone. We have promised them that we won't disturb them. A friendly conversation may seem neighborly, but they may not see it that way. Smile and waive. Keep your children under control. Leave them alone. Regarding noise. We don't do loud bands or DJs. We do have lots of fun, but we respect our neighbors and the Concord Township offices are right across the street. The tall wood fence was constructed by a neighbor when the former owner allowed noisy, drunken revelry to disturb the neighbors. This won't be a problem for you, right?

Each reservation will establish its own options. You can ask your guests to bring lawn chairs, their food & beverages and entertainment; but most of the time we will set up seating, dancing, as well as, some of the food and entertainment. You can have a simple wedding ceremony, and maybe
