About this venue

Historic Stonehouse Villa was created by interior designers that fell in love with Driftwood, TX and its charming community. When you mix interior design and an authentic Central Texas atmosphere; you get a luxury, elegant wedding venue with chic decor and gorgeous views. ​ Our beautiful solid limestone property combined with our design aesthetic and experience offer a modern sophistication to the Hill Country Wedding experience. Stonehouse Villa which was built in 1923, offers the perfect setting for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and anniversaries. The original limestone building, indoor cocktail hall, catering kitchen, 2,700 square foot tented deck, 3,400 square foot indoor reception hall and manicured lawns are perfect for parties for up to 250 people. ​ In 2019 we were pleased to announce the expansion of Stonehouse Villa with the construction of a new indoor reception hall! We broke ground March 2019 and hosted our first event in December 2019!

This space is perfect for cocktail hour. While you're off taking pictures your guests can enjoy the multiple lounge areas for a comfortable and cozy space during cocktail hour. This perfect space includes a built-in L shape bar (for your BYOB) and space for appetizers (from your full service Caterer). Our main focal point of the space is our custom floral wall installation - perfect for selfies or a Photo Booth!
