*Now Booking* 2024 and 2025. Swan Point is a boutique waterfront venue filled with natural beauty and a laid back, yet elegant vibe. The Occoquan River and Park provide a breathtaking backdrop. The venue features an outdoor space for up to 50 guests. Our outdoor ceremonies and receptions are simple and elegant. Your eye will be drawn to the gazebo over looking the water.

Description

Up to 40 guests and 6 hours on property for setup, dressing room access, the celebration, and clean up. Package includes on-site coordinator, basic décor, tables, chairs, and linens. We can offer tent pricing and other upgrades with our preferred vendors.
