About this venue

Tahoe Blue Estate is an 8600 SQ FT Luxury Estate sitting on over 1.7 acres of beautiful South Tahoe mountainside. Our home gives you the ability to not only host your wedding (we have both outdoor/indoor ceremony and reception areas), but also has your accommodations built in as well! During your stay (we have a 3 night minimum stay during non holidays), you have the whole home that can provide overnight accommodations for up to 14 people (7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms) and you will be able to host your big day for up to 50 guests (including those staying overnight) as well! This means there is no rushing with a day of venue rental, instead you have multiple days to relax and enjoy your wedding stay.

Included in this room:

Rental of Tahoe Blue Estate includes usage of all parts of the home and the estate for the duration of your stay. This means that not only can you have your ceremony and reception while you stay at the Estate, but you can also have your rehearsal dinner, welcome brunch, etc. While we do have some basic tables and chairs available to rent, all other vendors must be hired separately.

    Totally recommend this venue! The family was so sweet to let us host our wedding and have family stay for a few days! The scenery was incredible and all our guests would say the same. Another great thing, it's the perfect venue for an indoor or outdoor wedding/reception.

    I've been photographing weddings in the Lake Tahoe area since 2007. I've been luckily enough to photograph weddings at almost every venue around the Lake Tahoe and the Truckee area. When I photographed my first wedding at Tahoe Blue Estate 3 years ago I was floored at how amazing this venue was and couldn't believe that couples could get married here. The views at Tahoe Blue Estate are amazing and seem fake at times even though it's real. Tahoe Blue Estate is one of my top three wedding venues to photograph at in the greater Tahoe area. This is one of those venues that you must see with your own eyes to grasp the pure beauty of the grounds and estate. If you're planning a smaller wedding or an elopement please take a site visit or book them immediately before your date is gone.
