Tamory Hall contains 9,000 square feet of event space, and happily welcomes celebrations with up to 300+ attendees. The property features an elegantly appointed get-ready room for you to use with your wedding party, preparing for the day ahead in elegance and exclusivity. The hall is also within walking distance of Pella’s Central Park, for romantic outdoor photo opportunities. If you have guests who decide to stay in town for your wedding, they will have a wealth of hotels to choose from.

No, all alcohol must be purchased through Tamory Hall and remain on the premises, and no outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Tamory Hall has a beautiful bar area available to provide beer, wine, seltzers, and/or soft drinks during your event.

Yes, there are over 600 public parking spaces available in the downtown business district. Additionally, Tamory has a loading and unloading zone in the rear of the building.

Yes, most people take the stairs up to our space, however, we do have a lift for those who cannot take stairs easily or need to carry large loads up. Once upstairs, our space is wheelchair-friendly.

The Rental Fee includes 4750 sq ft of open, historical space in the heart of Pella, Iowa with a reception capacity of 325; free Wi-Fi; your choice of black, white, and/or ivory table linens; round, rectangular, and cocktail tables; black, folding banquet chairs; access to our classic Bridal Suite up until the time of your ceremony; AV equipment; separate staffed bar area; lounge with additional seating; layout design, set-up, and tear down; and open vendor policy (with the exception of alcohol).

You will have access to Tamory Hall on the day of your event starting at 8 am. All the tables and chairs will be set per your layout design when you arrive. We have a lights-on policy at 11 pm and all decorations need to be removed by 11:59 pm to avoid an additional $100 per hour charge.

We are very proud of the historical significance of our building and have been careful and very intentional to preserve that history and to also provide a beautiful, modern space for any event. We ask that nothing be attached to the walls or hung from the ceiling - everything must be free-standing.

State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment is available for your use to display videos, slide presentations, and hold remote conference meetings. Hand-held and wireless microphones feed into our house surround system. In addition, your own personal playlist may be played through our system. We are happy to work with you to accommodate any additional lighting needs.

Yes, absolutely! Tamory Hall welcomes all licensed caterers. If needed, we are happy to assist you with the selection of a caterer or provide you with a list of our preferred caterers in the area. All caterers must be licensed, and all food brought into Tamory Hall must be prepared in a licensed kitchen. You will need to let our staff know who will be handling your event so that we can coordinate set up and delivery times and provide Tamory Hall vendor procedures.
