Nestled in a green corner of the city by the Reedy River, our venue includes a sprawling indoor 11,500 sq. ft. event space and a 3,000 sq. ft. large covered patio. It's the perfect destination for events ranging from 200-800 guests. Designed to function as a blank slate for your event vision, the building provides a fully customizable backdrop for emotional and unforgettable celebrations.

    My wife and I got married here in July of 2023 and we couldn't have been happier with the venue or the service we received from the 405 team. We booked on somewhat short notice because our original venue fell through. Let's be honest, wedding planning kind of sucks sometimes, but the 405 team took great care of us and removed a TON of stress from our plate. Most importantly, they went the extra mile to keep my lady happy :) Happy wife, happy life!
