We offer an affordable space for individuals to use for a variety of occasions. Our venue has been fully renovated to host any special event. Our most common events include Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Reunions, Celebrations of Life, Bridal Showers, and much more. Now Booking up to 18 Months Out.

Off-peak pricing $250
The Silver Package, which includes 50 guests or less, is a 4 hour rental starting at $250 for Residents and $300 for Non-Residents. Each additional hour will be $25 for Residents and $35 for Non-Residents. The rental will include access to the kitchen, fireplace, tables, chairs, restrooms, and more! Alcohol is permitted at an additional charge.

The Gold Package, which includes 51 guests or more, is a 4 hour rental starting at $400 for Residents and $450 for Non-Residents. Each additional hour will be $40 for Residents and $50 for Non-Residents. The rental will include access to the kitchen, fireplace, tables, chairs, restrooms, and more! Alcohol is permitted at an additional charge.

Alcohol Use Permit
Peak pricing $100
Off-peak pricing $50
The Alcohol Use Permit is required when wanting alcohol at The Chalet. It is a fee of $50 for Residents and $100 for Non-Residents. Along with the fee, a separate Alcohol Use Permit must be applied for through the View Point Cloud online permitting service at https://woosteroh.viewpointcloud.com/. Renter must provide City of Wooster with a Certificate of Insurance.

Followay Wedding Reception
We had our wedding reception at The Chalet last March and I would 10/10 recommend having events booked here. We were looking for a smaller venue (150 guests) that gave the modern look, was affordable, and was comfortable for our guests no matter the weather, and we found the place! The Chalet provided a place for the bridal party to get ready, a HUGE kitchen for our reception food/drinks, space for a dance floor and amazing service throughout the entire planning process.
Solid choice
The Chalet is a solid option for all types of gatherings. Offering a fully enclosed, temperature controlled, open concept, within Wooster.
Mostly Satisfied
We had almost no issues during the day of our wedding. The one issue we did have was a technology issue. We were assured the staff in site would know how to operate the projector and tv screens as well as the speakers. Unfortunately on the day of, the staff member there had no clue how to work any of those things! Hopefully moving forward this is something all staff members will be trained to do!
