About this venue

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Iowa’s countryside. The sparkling white gambrel barn overlooks fields, timber and two ponds. Our temperature controlled Ballroom comfortably seats up to 362 guests, on the wooden farmhouse-tables and black cross-back chairs we provide. Grab a drink at our fully staffed bar, and take it outside onto the patio, where your guests will enjoy taking in the fresh air.

Take your walk down to the Peninsula - the most idylic ceremony spot!

No extra cost - beautiful outdoor ceremony spot, complete with permanent bench seating for your guests. Paved walk-way (high-heel friendly!) and immersed in between two ponds. Bring your own pre-fab back drop, or just let your back drop be the beauty of the nature around you - you can't go wrong!

Yes! We have ample on-site parking, and the option to leave cars overnight. Drink responsibly!

All alcohol must be purchased through us. Alcohol packages are completely up to you! Couples can choose to host an open bar, cash bar, or customized hybrid - our team will help you set up whatever works best for you and your budget.

No, we do not offer catering. That being said, we do have a prep kitchen available or whatever vendor(s) you choose to bring in, as well as food truck hookups off of the patio!

Nope! Any vendors your wish to bring in for your event are welcome.

Oh, absolutely. Dog, cat, llama - whatever furry baby you wish to take part in your special day is fine by us. Just make sure they are leashed and cleaned up after! :)

The Riverside Casino & Resort is a mere 7 miles up the road from us, and it's only 20 miles north to the Iowa City metro area, where endless lodging and entertainment opportunities can be found.

Yes, our facility's main floor is accessible.

All alcohol must be purchased through our full bar. As a couple, you can decide how much of the alcohol you wish to pay for, and/or how much you'd like to have available as a cash bar. We offer beer, wine, signature cocktails, mixed drinks, and any special requests you may have! Just give us a heads up before your big day, and we'll make it happen!

All cancelations made less than 120 days prior to the event will be charged in full.

47 tables and 362 chairs, bar & bar staff, overnight parking, and access to the facility and all of its amenities inside and out! Decorating & Rehearsal time the day before, as well as two hours the day after to return to pick up any decor, personal items, food, & vehicles left behind.
