We are here to assist throughout the entire wedding planning process to help you feel confident in your event details! We are present and assist with everything that takes place at HPCC including : • Contact all vendors prior to receive certificates of insurance, inform them of start/end time, inform of load in/out instructions. • On wedding day, check in with vendors throughout the night • Set up some of your personal items : card box, welcome sign, framed photos, place cards, memorial photos, ceremony programs, etc. Does NOT include centerpiece set up. Rehearsal and ceremony coordination services available at an additional cost.
