Typically weddings enjoy use of both a reception space for dinner and dancing, as well as a separate cocktail space. You can also have your ceremony on site if you would like to host it with us.
Yes! The Lounge at the Kimmel Center has a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking City Hall and the Avenue of the Arts. It's a perfect spot to have your picture taken -- your friends will want one, too!
Kimmel Cultural Campus weddings have a 5-hour catering proposal, which includes chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, butlers, chefs, bartenders and, of course, an open bar!
We have an exclusive catering partnership with Garces Events. Vendors for decor, music, photography, etc. are at your discretion. If you prefer to work with a vendor we have not worked with before, we will certainly talk to them about their plans and explain building guidelines and regulations. Before you book any vendor please contact us so we can review their plans and determine feasibility.
Typically weddings at Kimmel Cultural Campus end around 11:00PM. If you would like to stay later, or go past midnight, it is possible but please check with your sales manager about any fees that may apply.
There is a room just off the space where cocktails are held that we use as a wedding suite. However, getting ready and changed at your hotel before you arrive at the Kimmel Cultural Campus is ideal.
Yes! You and your guests are free to take pictures at the Kimmel Cultural Campus, however we don't allow anyone into the theaters.
No, your wedding would be the only one in the building.
