THE BARN

The Barn with a View

The Lake at Christenberry Farms is located on over 100 acres with a spring fed 7 acre lake, nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Maryville, Tennessee. We are capable of accommodating weddings, reunions and more with up to 300 guests. The Lake at Christenberry Farms has all of the comforting elements we love about barns, exposed rough sawed beams, and soaring ceilings. Think comfortable, yet sophisticated. At The Lake at Christenberry Farms, you can relax and know you will be our priority.

Our stunning barn includes a bridal suite with four vanity stations and a private restroom, (our grooms quarters are on the farm close to our barn) a prep kitchen for caterers to plate the food, an entertaining space that can accommodate up to 350 guests for a sit-down dinner with plenty of room to dance the night away and a covered outdoor patio that can be used for cocktail hour or simply to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views.

    I cannot put into words how AMAZING this venue is! They went above and beyond with EVERY. SINGLE. THING. They gave us a vendor list and everyone on there was fantastic. The DJ, the Flowers, the coordinator, and just how welcoming and helpful each member of the staff is! They’re all so wonderful to work with. The day I had my 1st meeting with Lissa and Allison they were so helpful and insightful. I would choose this venue over any other, over and over. I’m so thankful I got to be one of their brides and I will hands down recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

    Christenberry Farms was an answer to prayer for my husband and I in more ways than one. Their property had EVERYTHING we were looking for. The barn is absolutely breathtaking, and we also used the outdoor ceremony site by the lake. The patio/fire pit was a huge hit with our guests. Their space allowed for so much creativity and offered multiple areas for guests to be entertained. More importantly, the owners and staff were incredible. Lisa and Allison Christenberry were SO helpful in assuring that we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. They wore many hats throughout our engagement, as they were offering help with finding other vendors, providing decor, and helping us understand the ins-and-outs of wedding planning. They are truly professionals in the field- they had answers to every question. They also prioritized our comfort and piece of mind. When they noticed that wedding planning was overwhelming, they helped me get connected with an amazing coordinator, Elizabeth Cardwell! She put together our timeline and ran our behind the scenes on wedding day. Elizabeth was another answer to prayer! She was the glue that held our day together. I couldn’t say enough kind things about this place!
