About this venue

The Kelsey Theater is located in the heart of a budding art district in Lake Park's downtown corridor. This area has a rich history dating back to the 1920s as a hotspot for Palm Beachers to enjoy the arts. We are a seated venue that offers a variety of entertainments and is one of the only indoor venues of its size in Palm Beach County. Culture and community is what The Kelsey Theater is all about. Our mission is to be a place where the community by and large can experience the finest in independent cinema, music, comedy & various other performing arts while simultaneously providing a convention center venue that will host your special day.

The Lake Park Black Box

Lake Park Black Box features a new lobby, box office and bar with digital menus. There is a second bar inside the theater, plus a video wall that can be used to play videos during your big day. The theater itself is intimate and can be configured in multiple ways.
