About this venue
quiet + quaint all inclusive + customize-able secluded + connected and most importantly, a Legacy in itself. Our venue offers public access to the family farm of your wildest dreams. Scenery, options, space, adventure, comfort, grace...you name it. Located just outside Charlotte, NC in the north east corner of Union County. Inspired by out late leader of the family, Gregory Moore - We vow to offer a place he would be proud of. One that cultivates family and thrives off Legacy. We would do anything in this world to have him here with us still, but we know for sure he has held our hand through this whole journey. What great things ever came from our comfort zone, right?

Multiple weekend wedding packages available and customizable depending on guest count, hours on property, need for rentals, etc. All include Bridal/Groom suites, tables/chairs, and venue staff assistance.

The Perfect Venue
I cannot recommend The Legacy at Gregory Downs anymore if I tried. This venue has come together so beautifully. The open fields, BIG gorgeous trees, a large pond, the layout of the buildings, it’s picture perfect. Caitlyn had a vision and it has come to life. She thought of every detail, making sure there were plenty of options for brides to choose from. Even thinking about what kind of patio they designed to make sure a brides dress and veil wouldn’t snag on the pavers (if that’s not an amazing venue owner idk what is). If you are looking for a wedding venue this is it! Can’t forget it’s also perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, special events and so much more! Look them up, tour the venue, contact Caitlyn, you will FALL IN LOVE!!!
