Your wedding memories will be captured in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at a beautiful venue that allows your heart to focus on the love and relationship you are committing to and enjoy time with your friends and family in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere! Just minutes away from Granby, Grand Lake, Winter Park, Fraser, and Rocky Mountain National Park, the Ranch offers something you won’t find elsewhere! Lodging for up to 25 overnight guests in the home for 3 nights stay! No vendor restrictions, however, we require you to have a wedding planner. Say I do under a 4 post wedding arbor or rustic Amish gazebo on the edge of either of our private ponds Crestview Reception Hall – a finished 3,000 sq ft indoor heated event space that holds up to 250 guests We provide white folding wedding chairs, tables, rustic and antique decor, as well as a list (on our website) of trusted and recommended local businesses for your ease in planning. The Lodge is a true log cabin that offers 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, 11,000 square feet perched atop a beautiful, expansive mesa allowing 360 degree views of the Rocky Mountains. There are plenty of entertainment spaces to truly make your event one of a kind. Whether it is your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, bridal or farewell brunches, cocktail hour or even an intimate winter wedding, we can make your event memorable.

While these single-week day events are simpler, you still have the outdoors and fun times with your loved ones that you have been searching for. This package is available during all seasons Monday - Thursday. Additional nights can be purchased for as available at a discount.

We know not everyone has the time and means to spend multiple days with their loved ones. Your day is still special to them and to us! We can help you celebrate in the smallest or quickest style you desire. If you are the type of person seeking intimacy and special moments with your innermost posse, then this is for you. This type of package is only available on weekdays Monday-Thursday and is available during all seasons, excluding holidays.

Yes! We do require proof of your bartenders TIPS certification or use a bartender/vendor from our list

Yes, we have parking, our staff will help coordinate that for you. We also work closely with shuttle services in the area, please refer to our website and our vendor list.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 180 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Yes, proof of trip or wedding insurance is required.

Depends upon your package type. You may have the lodge and additional areas for 3 days if you book our Getaway Package. Our day event package hours are 10am-10pm

Yes, You can be billed. Billing separate ways comes with a processing fee per transaction of $5.00

Yes, please inquire about any special promotions that might be available. 2% Military/First responder discount for Bride or Groom.

Yes, We can set up a payment plan for you.

No, you can bring your own vendors but please do ask about our preferred vendors.

Unfortunately, not at this time. But ask us about our local vendor list and we would be happy to share.

Yes, our staff can assist for the first 4 hours and can be hired for additional fee as needed.

We do not serve Alcohol, but you are more than welcome to bring your own for short term stays. For Events with guests we require a TIPS certified bartending service.

If marijuana is an option at the event, all products must be clearly labeled, and served by professionals. We accept all use of marijuana just not indoors.

Any Deposit Payment received is determined to be under contract at that time, and is a binding agreement. We do not hold dates for any party until payment is received or contract signed.
