About this venue
The Lodge at River Valley Farm opened in the Fall of 2015 and was once a real working farm in the 1940’s for descendants of the Ball (yes, Ball jar!) family. The Lodge has been uniquely restored into a private sanctuary to host your dream wedding. Located in quaint Yorktown, Indiana, The Lodge sits on fifty acres surrounded by farm fields and woods, yet just a few miles from bustling Muncie. The property still houses the beautifully restored farmhouse from the 1850’s with all the modern amenities to fit in to a busy bride’s day of readiness. Located just a mere sidewalk away is the 5,000 square foot masterpiece fully enclosed space, The Lodge.

Under the Sun Bakery
A lovely venue. Accommodating your every need. You can be indoors or outdoors. You will get all the help you need to plan your wedding or special event. Wonderful setting for your wedding cake with a variety of stands available to use. Great people to work with!!

We at Mr Mouse Catering love working with the The Lodge and their staff. Their venue is absolutely beautiful and they are always easy to work with. I highly recommend checking out their venue if you’re looking for a place to host your wedding or next event.
