I cannot possibly say enough good things about The Madison! From the day of my inquiry, they stood out among the vendors I was looking into. The pricing models are so transparent, and working through the booking process with Zoe was quick and easy. Cheyenne then helped us plan every last detail so that I didn't have a thing to worry about leading up to the wedding day. The wedding day itself was flawless- I wouldn't change a thing! My top qualification in looking for a venue was a true all-inclusive experience, and I found that and more in the Madison!

I have nothing but good things to say about the madison. They have been so helpful and kind during our planning process. I never had any doubt that things would go perfectly. Cheyenne was amazing and made the process go so smoothly leading up to the big day. I can't recommend them enough!!

So easy to work with, even from out of town. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Venues and available decorations were beautiful and made the planning easy. Vendors are very familiar with the space which made coordinating seamless. Food and drink were exceptional as well allowing a wonderful night.

The Madison Event Center was the perfect venue for our Wedding Day! From start to finish, The Madison team took such great care of all our needs and made us feel so special. The planning process was very easy and stress free because they offer an all-inclusive package and handle everything on site, so we didn’t have to do much. We enjoyed working with the Details Specialist, Riley. She made sure no detail was missed while offering great advice too! It was nice having Hotel Covington next door, we took advantage of the Wedding Room Block offerings, Suites to get ready in on the day of, and we even hosted our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception at the Hotel! Our family and friends loved the convenience of it all! When it came to the night of our Wedding, everything was truly perfect! The Madison provides a Banquet Captain to take care of everything throughout the night, our Captain went above and beyond our expectations. We have such beautiful memories to carry with us and are beyond thankful for The Madison & Hotel Covington bringing our dream Wedding to life!
