Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, our standard table linens, event concierege and 48 hour access beginning at noon the day prior to your event until noon the day after. All occupants must be out of the building by midnight each night.
Yes, it must be served by someone 21 years or older. It cannot be self-serve.
No security or insurance is required.
We have an open vendor policy.
48 hours during peak season. Single day rentals are only available during off peak months.

Yes, we have onsite parking as well as street parking available.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
