The Plant Venue

The Plant Venue requires that a licensed caterer be hired to serve alcohol to guests. To get connected with vendors who are already approved, visit the Online Vendor Directory at theplantvenue.com/vendors. For all beverage service providers not listed on the online directory, a copy of their alcohol license from The State of Mississippi should be submitted prior to the event to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Other vendors such as mobile bars may also serve guests under the conditions listed above.

Yes! There are 60 private parking spots available in the gated gravel lot on campus, 5 wheelchair accessible spots directly in front of the building on the concrete pad, 20-30 on-street parking spots, and 50+ additional overflow parking spots directly across the street courtesy of our neighbors at Jackson Bolt & Screw.

Rental fees include private access to the venue on the day of the event, access to in-house event furniture including a variety of tables and chairs, and set up of furniture provided by the venue.

Standard rentals include private access to the venue from 8am-11pm on the day of the event.

In the event that the client must cancel any scheduled event, written notice is required to initiate the cancellation process. Any deposit made by the client will not be refundable. If the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event, the client will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance. If the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event, the client will be entitled to a partial refund of the remaining balance. This policy ensures that clients are aware of the cancellation process and the financial implications involved.
