About this venue

A homage to oysters, pork and beer, The Publican's eclectic menu is inspired by simple farmhouse fare in a space evocative of a European beer hall. Executive Chef Paul Kahan has developed a network of purveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood as well as sustainably-raised heirloom pork to anchor a rustic menu of simple, imaginative fare.

An homage to beer, pork and oysters located in historical Fulton Market

The space is a large open room with warm, welcoming globe lighting. Most tables are large communal tables, lending well to our family-style food service, and they create a frame around open bar space to designate as the mingling or dancing area.
