You can decorate the space however you like, with the understanding that all decorations are to be removed without damaging the venue. Candles contained in holders are a-okay, but smoke machines, glitter, confetti, etc. are not allowed.

Up to three parking spaces are available upon request for use during your event. Street parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhood and is subject to normal District parking laws.

Yes, there is a handicap lift available to help guests enter the space from the upper entrance by the parking lot.

We have included a list of our preferred vendors on the next page, but we do not have required vendors + are happy to work with any vendor you love to make your event special.

Caterers and rental companies may load in through the glass garage doors at the front of the space during contracted rental hours.

Clients can buy and deliver their own alcohol. Red wine and red beverages are also allowed. Your licensed caterer must provide a bartender to serve alcohol during your event. Underage drinking is not permitted. As the host of the event, Client is responsible for the behavior of guests during and after the event.
